When challenges arise

When challenges arise, it is human tendency to look for others to blame. True growth comes out of taking a deep look within ourselves to see what part we played. When we do this self enquiry, we uncover aspects of ourselves which may be causing us to behave in certain ways, thus evoking a certain response out of life.
Said in another way, we are the co-creators of our lives. Everything that we are experiencing, on some level, we created. The good news is that if we don’t like something in our life, we can change it.
Gandhi has said, “Be the change you want to see”. If you are not happy with the political system, the healthcare system, the school system, start by changing yourself. Macro changes occur at the micro level. Start with yourself.
